Richard: Thanks for continuing to make planning information available here. A further thought on the downtown development. I think it would be very useful to distinguish between supporting downtown retail businesses, which would foster more of a town center with a walking culture -- and building shopping centers, which brings to mind parking lots and more traffic. We have plenty of this on Oakland and Wayne. These are very different directions then, and can't really be both pursued ... even if on the surface it looks like supporting retail is supporting retail.
Welcome To The Indiana Borough Comprehensive Plan Weblog
Welcome! This small corner of the Internet is home to a weblog devoted to the Indiana Borough Comprehensive Plan. As the Comprehensive Plan is both a document and a process this weblog gives local leaders and interested citizens a chance to discuss ideas towards creation of a plan to guide future development in Indiana Borough. As we prepare portions of the Plan, we will share them here-- kind of like an ongoing town hall meeting. Comments and suggestions are alsways welcome.
